Transparent Picturebox

Hi All!

I have transparent cliparts. But i want transparent picturebox, so as to put the clipart in the transparent picturebox. I have tried color.transparent for the backcolor of the picturebox. But it provides transparency with the parent panel only. My pictureboxes are on the panel and i can move the pictureboxes anywhere on the panel. So i need a transparent picturebox.

Please Help me out.
