Gridview Email Link

I have a Gridview that displays training materials available for checkout. It lists what's available and what has already been checked out. I have added a hyperlink column that for each line with the Title and have put a mailto: link in the link. That works but I also want to include in the subject parameter the currently selected title field so the receiving admin can determine which item is being requested to be reserve. I should be able to bind the Title field in some was or get the current record title field content to append to the mailto: link with the subject parameter.

Ideas???
