DAT File Extension open in DotNet Framework

Hello Sir,

i am having the DAT File extension format file.
i need to open that DAT file in Asp.Net using C#.

(1)so which control can i use here?

(2)How can i open in DotNet framework side?

(3)Please give the code sample also.

Please give me the solution as soon as possible.
