It depends.
If you have a full version of SQL Server 2005, you can attach the databases to SQL Server and use its tools to manage the database.
Otherwise, open the site in Visual Web Developer and then look at the Data Source or Server Explorer panel. From there you can create a new connection (often it's already there, based on the connection string info in the web.config file) and then look in the database.
