Default Another one of those iframe(?) problems

Hello, im new here (as you probably noticed) and i have a problem.

How can i "hide" the scrollbars, but yet leave the page scrollable(i take the risk user might miss the information)?
I have done this before, but i forgot how, 'cause it was pretty long time ago. So it is possible.

Thanks in advance.
