Saving to My Directory

How do I ensure that when a User clicks the Submit button the form1.xml file or whatever is called is automatically saved to the My Documents Folder.

Is there a way to use the Environment Valiable %MYDOCSDIR%

I do NOT wish to always call the form MyForm.xml
