Default Websphere technical position

We are in need of Websphere technical consultant for a project in IL. Please find below our requirements.

Skills:

* Clustering and failover strategies and implementations
* JNDI and its new implementation in Distributed WAS 5
* Web and EJB container workload management
* JMS and MQ integration
* J2C connector architecture and implementation
* Session management and implementation strategies using Distributed WAS 5
* Workflow management with WSAD 5.1 Integration and/or Enterprise
* XML, SOAP, and Web Services
* wsadmin, JMX, and JACL scripting
* Network dispatching and protocols
* Struts and JavaServerFaces and other presentation layer technologies - JSP, servlets, tiles and etc.
* Local EJB interfaces and their proper implementation - (new to J2EE 1.3 - actually fully implemented in J2EE1.4)
