handling error in VB2005

hi,
after a few days when I tried to run my vb2005 project I got the it successfully built i.e. exe file but then an error message telling me that "could not found handle... ... Handling error". I got a temporary solution by reinstalling WindowsXP but even then after a fes days the same problem arose.

Please give me the solution.
