setting server and running servlet pgm. please send the way

I know from previous postings that you are working your way through Wrox's book 'Java Server Programming - J2EE Edition'. Have a thorough read of Chapter 7 and work through the 'Greetings' application that is provided as an example deployment. Post any questions that you have once you have read this chapter as I will refer to if in my answers.
