does any body know a good free java sms tool or library that I can use to send and receive sms to and from a mobile and where I can download it.....

have you tried looking at java.sun.com ?
they got basic, but sufficient resources for mobiles. I haven't found anything better anyway.

yes ,I've looked for it at sun site but I didn't find what

my program resemble in its function the SMSC , it's an
application that receives sms from a mobile and sends it to
its destination which will be a mobile ....
so I need a free java library that can be used for that purpose,

Hi, if I understood you correctly you need a server sms api.
In any case I tried to search for some independent tools, there arent much and most of them are client api for j2me.
Eh, I never heard about java api for sms at server applicaions actually and never dealt with sms servers eather, sorry.

I found that doing this project is nearly impossiple
so my supervisor has altered it to be a new one ,
you can see what it is in the new topic (very urgent)
that I put lately ....
