Hi, I have also recently purchased this book.
It appears that IBM has purchased cloudscape and now all the
examples and code are no longer valid.

It is not very difficult to modify the code by a couple of lines
to get the samples to work. However finding the database can be a little tricky.

I have just recently aquired the music database and you can download it from me from my this address.

www.proteinsight.com/andrew/papers/Music.mdb

If anyone would like to give me modified code as they go through the book I would be willing to publish it on my website and will post the links or a page when I have some code examples.

Right now the link above is just the music database that will automatically ask you to save it to your hard drive.

If you downloaded cloudscape follow the readme directions or help manual. It is pretty clear and easy to understand.
