I will better explain what I am trying to do, my previous post had no replies.

I need to make a page with 3 buttons which will send a value (1,2 or 3) to a programmable logic controller. I have made it and it sends out the value ok, but if I reload the page I have no way to display which value is currently selected. I am able to read the protocol register from the PLC as a text field, which will read it and display a 1,2 or 3, but I would like to represent the selected value as a "pressed button". I know I can use a value verify function and then have a button image associated with the respective value, but I simply do not know how to actually do it nor have I found an example on the net.
