Default Modal dialog - Disable Close button
Model Dialog:

In Modal Dialog window, how can I disable the close button [X] which is on right corner of window.

Any help..
Any Idea...

will really be appriciated...

You can't, otherwise you could lock a user out and prevent them ever closing IE. They could always use ALT+F4 anyway.

If you need this functionality you need to write an HTA and install it as a local application.
