Are you using it on Windows or Linux? On Linux you should be able to get a tarball with the source included and compile it specifically for your OS. Compiling it yourself can sometimes fix bugs like these.

Cheers

Hi red_fiesta,

I recieved your mail. I havent made the filemanager work completely.
My guess is you are still recieving the horrible xml error.

If im correct you probably havent set the paths correctly in config.asp.

Let me know what the progress is on your filemanager.

Regard,

Dj Kat

Dj Kat

I dont get any errors.

I have copied the file from http://mcpuk.net/fbxp/ into my asp folder

and changed the paths.

the only difference is see if that the part where it shows kb shows now as bytes.

no thumbnail picture show, and no errors...

exactly how far did you get.

All i want to do is to be able to show the image..

;;;i have tried that http://fckeditor.biz/ but it is the worst forum ever. never any posts.
Give it a go, start some posts. If all user had that attitude there would be no forums.

Things I got working are:

1. The file browser found the images in the folder
2. creating new folders
3. Deleting images

Things I didn't get to work.
1.Uploading Images
2. Display the thumbnail(it finds the images just not the thumbnail)

But as Matt said, Have a go at that http://fckeditor.biz/ forum
It seems you will get a better answer then here.
