I have these forms that contain data that now need to go into an access database. Does anyone know a script file or conversion tool that does this?

It depends what version of Word document files they are. For most versions you need to open them using the Word object model and programatically access the document's tables collection. For documents stored as XML you can access the data via the XML DomDocument or transform using XSLT.
