javascript in adobe acrobat

I am creating a form in Adobe Acrobat and I need to write a javascript code. I'm still not real good with JS, so I was hoping someone could help me here. I need to have a value entered into a field and I need to have the results separated into 2 different fields. In other words, if someone enters 9.5 into the total hours worked field, I need 7.5 hours to go into the reg hours field and the 2.0 to go into the overtime field. Can somebody help me with this please?
