I need a an Image scroller

Hi All,

I need an image scrolling script that moves a very large image within a window without scrollbars on mouseover. The effect can be seen here:
http://www.tatahousing.in/thepromont/index.php

The reference link has used flash but I need the same effect with Javascript/Jquery. If someone has done it please forward the code or the link where the code can be found.
