Default Refreshing Frames in JavaScript

Hi, can anyone know the program for Refreshing Frames in java Script.
In my web application(J2EE-JSP)project iam using Frames.i have divided my main frame page in to top frame(To display header), left frame(for selecting the options) and main frame page(middle page-contents will dispaly). Whenever i click the refresh button, it will refresh all my sub frames pages.
But i need only refresh my main page(middle page) frame. So, is there any java script program for this.

Regards,
dhruthi.
