I am looking to add live chat plugin on my blog created on Joomla. Please suggest me only customizable and effective live chat option.

There are many third party live chat plugin's are available such as eAssistance Pro, boldchat, liveperson you can try anyone.

We have added eAssistance Pro chat plugin on my Joomla based site, it's compatible and suits perfectly.

For wordpress please use boldchat, i has always worked good for me ...

It's not so common yet, since it came out recently, but i think it's really a fantastic tool.
Actually it offers much more than you would expect from a livechat solution (like co browsing, widgets, tracking, dynamic content...)

And yes, you can customize almost anything with it.
I think it is available for Joomla as well, so just take a shot
