Cannot deploy JSTL into Tomcat 4.1

Hi!

Me Sudipta,I am in a little problem in deploying JSTL
into Tomcat 4.1 .

I am exclusively in search for the deployment of server.xml
and web.xml file regarding this topic and also looking for a
solution that how to deploy the .jar file and the exact directory
location to place it.That I can access any standard tag library.
