To connect Database with Connection Pool

Hi!

I have been using the DriverManager to connect the database
till date but I have been looking for some faster solution,
i.e. the Connection Pool that is with MS SQL Server or
Oracle database.

If anyone have the solution that how to use this ,please send
me the complete deployment details and an example if possible.
