Default New to Java Platforms

I am from ASP,VB,SQL Paltfrom

how can i switch to JAVA JSP Platform

Mainly to JSP,JAVASCRIPT Platform.

I am Familiar with JAVA SCript

Learn OOP concepts (Classes)
Core JAVA Programming SDK.
  then come to
JSP & Servlets
You can start with http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/ & being familiar with JAVA you can.
