Default Maximizing a popup window

I have a popup window using..

private void button2_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
frmOwners form2 = new frmOwners();
form2.Show();
}

Works fine but I want the form2 to maximize when it opens.

How to do that?

Thanks!
