Hi everyone!
As i wrote in the title i would like to develop a support system using callback form. I thought why not have the support system on the website of service?
So there would be a form, then a program that collects the informations like clients phone number, purchased prodeuct, etc... and the supporters' data. Then this software would call and connect clients and supporters - and problem would be solved. No quering at the phone :D
My problem is that i haven't worked with any communication software so i don't really know how to start - that is why i browsed the subject and found this page:

The question is: do you think i can make my software based on this or not?
