Default difficulty in installing VS 2010

Hi friends
I had earlier downloaded VS 2010 from microsoft download site only. I do not know if I downloaded a trial version which disappeared. I now have only Visual C# which is showing under Visual Studio 2010. I am interested in installing VS 2010 again for using Silverlight, Sharepoint and MS Office apart from C#.
Can I download VS 2010 again and if so from which site. If links could be given I shall be grateful.
In my start up menu, under VS 2010, only Visual C# is showing. In start up menu of C# also, only C# shows. Others as seen in the book like office, silverlight are not showing.
Thanks
T R Ramamurthy
