Default .NET Framework Re-distribution

How do I deploy the .NET Framework with my application so that when i run my setup on a computer which does not have the framework installed on it, the framework will install first before my application installs?

You cannot bundle the framework with a deployment project you can, however, use a bootstrapper to install the framework before your application. Search the MSDN for "Redistributing the .NET Framework" this white paper is about 16 pages long.
