Security Exception

I'm using VB.net. Initially, when I created a project the location defaulted to my c: drive. That worked fine but nobody else could access the project to do any work. So, I created another project and specified one of our network drives and I get this error when I run the project. "System.Permissions.FileIOPermission,mscorlib, Version=1.0.5000.0,Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed." I need help with this.
