I am running a VB.NET executatble on a pc that does not have VB.NET install on it. I am able to open the executable. However, when I try to run the application. I am getting an error "The operation required the SecurityException."

When you say that it doesn't have VB.Net installed, do you mean that it doesn't have the .Net framework installed? You have to install this in order to run .Net applications.

If you have it installed, are you by chance running this from a network drive? If that is the case, you will have to set the security policy to allow this.
