Default Tool tip in PropertyGrid
 Is it possible to change the text of the tool tip that is shown in the PropertyGrid?

I'm not sure if your looking for this or not but go to properties of the grid to change the tooltip value.

yes u can customise it for each cell

It would be of great help if you can explain how to go about customizing the tool tip for each cell....because this is my exact requirement.
