Default wirting file to web client machine from webserver

hai everybody


i need to copy the access file from web server to client machine when a user enter in to particular page with out any notification to the user , it should not like download ,

or

i need kept my xml file in the client side access it from there for user interactions

these for increase feed of the applocation

is it possible through ??

 by follow

  Copying a file from a server to a client system without any kind of notification is a bit suspicious, as such I think this kind of behavior can only be accomplished with the use of ActiveX/COM objects. Does anyone know if a registered script would be given the privileges to write to the hard drive
