Default how to deploying a product in vb.net

hi
       i want to deploy a product which is able to down load from the internet .my application is an vb.net application with access database.
                  when i deploy this it looks for framework.i know framework is must to run the exe.but how can i add framework beforedeployment.
                       any suggestions plz help me

Just add it to the prerequsite of the setup.
Right-Click-->Properties
you will find prerequsites
