C#, Sharepoint, BDC, Dynamics GP10, Webparts

Hi All,

We need to customerise the Order Management within the Business Portal of Sharepoint 2007 for a client.
The changes required shouldn't be to difficult, I would think.
We need to change the Shipping Cost based on whichever shipping method has been selected, as well as add in 3rd Party Credit Card Verification.

My Problem is that I have never used WSS, MOSS, BDC or C# Before.
Could somebody possibly put me on the right track please, as I have absolutely no clude where to even begin.

ANY Help would be greatly appreciated.
