Oracle 8i database files on Palm

hello Friends,
i want to know following info for Oracle 8i.
1) how to create Database from plsql prompt ?
2) what r files generated by a database ?
3) is it possible to create database on Palm Disk ? if yes , how ?
4) how to back such database if resides on palm ?
