Default

goto www.oracle.com

sign up as a developer in their database. Then go to the download section and download sql developer. It comes with sql plus and sql developer (the equal to isql but for oracle).

"Isql" comes from sybase originally, when MS bought the rights to the database, they got isql but Isql only works with mssql and sybase.
