Default Using Java on Oracle Form10g

hi,

I am upgrading now forms6i to forms10g,
and i want to insert Java code into my project - in new screens.
my problem is that i don't now what oracle supports !

Can i use swing / j2ee ?
Can i write new screens inside the program in java code or
    i have to open a "new program" with the new screen that i wrote in java ?

I really need the help,
