It is possible to make form shortcut in ms office access 2007 ?

I make a main menu form I want to make shortcut for the users data
entries. When users click the form shortcut, it open the main
menu form only how ?

user should not open all db, tables, forms queries etc...
just open main menu form ?

I dont know about 2007 but in older version
we used to create swithboard and also there is startup option where u can hide windows and toolbar that u dont want to show to user
