Working on your "little" project for 8 to 10 hours per day for 7 days per week it should be done in about 18 to 24 months. And ready for testing, then you'll have to fix any issues that are found during testing and then you'll spend the rest of the time maintaining it, especially when new security issues are found.

So I hope you don't plan on having much of a life.

I on't think thats a problem, my goal is just to make it work the way i want

If you have to ask what the other issues are then you obviously have not thought about this as previously mentioned by Apocolypse2005.

But do you have any web design experience at all ?
Do you have any programming experience in general ?

I am not saying it's impossible, but, with no programming experience, you might want to attend some training courses.

I'm also going to build a website and I've recently found an interesting article about different website builders on http://www.webbuildersguide.com/ and I'm thinking about using one of them. But I'll check the suggested ways for sure, thanks for sharing!
