What do i really need to create a site like the ebay and the paypal sites
What do i really need to create a site like the ebay and the paypal sites.....
Plss,what programing language do i need to know to create an online payment site like the paypal and what are the neccessary things i need to do???
Also what programing laguage do i need to know to create an online shopping website like the ebay...........

You need a shed load of experience in the web design industry, lots and lots of knowledge on web security, tonnes of knowledge about asp.net, php, SQL, html, CSS etc etc etc and I'm guessing you would probably need a team of people.
Lastly, why would you want to create websites that have already been done?! You do know that PayPal is owned by eBay ?!

fenks so much for that.....i know that paypal is owned by e-bay,ma aim is not to compete with Paypal or ebay rather i want to create a thing of such for my country as paypal as refused to list us therefore making it impossible to use paypal and difficult to buy at the ebay online shop........also i tought knowing how to go about itcould help mi in doing things right

You do realise that if you do create paypal for your country that you would then have to go around getting recognised in other countries and get the big online stores to recognise your site as a safe secure way to pay from your country. That is a big venture, definitely not a one man deal.

Aren't you supposed see what the feasibility of a project is before going full on heads first into it? To give up everything and focus all in for something you know nothing about is, the least to say, naïve . . .
