Hello every body.
  I need help in downloading a zip file from other site to my site using PHP linux platform. say from example i have a zip file in the following site http://www.abc.com/download/Down.zip. this file has to be verified for the latest and downloaded to my site ie., www.mysite.com/downloads/Down.zip. but we should not use ftp commands in php because i dont no the password of the other site.

can any one help me.
and send a mail to my yahoo id.

You can use PHP's file commands to open a file over an HTTP connection.
