Default help! on CGI Error

Problem:> The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

I am facing this problem while fetching the data from the table and shown in the fields(successfully) for updation in the form(This form contains a button that takes us on the next page,on the next page i am seeing this error).

Spending most of my time on this issue, I will b very thankful for your consideration and help.
