Received sharing violation occur on .php file

Dear Friend,

I am using Window XP with Apache web server. Editor is DreamWeaver 8.

I am received A sharing Violation occur while accessing .....php file.

I don't know what is the cause of it. I am not able to delete that file. I had uninstalled DreamWeaver, XP... but still I cannot get rid of it.

Please guide me.
