You will need to use win APIs. Get the free tool API-Guide from http://www.mentalis.org/agnet/apiguide.shtml. Look at the following APIs:

GetLocaleInfo
GetThreadLocale
SetLocaleInfo
SetThreadLocale

i need some more help i managed to change the short date format through VB , but i am unable to find which LCTYPE constant i will use to change the LOCALE to Arabic(Saudi Arabia) and wat value im am required to assign.
i shal be really thankful to u
