Custom Control

Hello Friends
I have some problem regarding creation of Custom Control in vb.net or C#. Actually I want to add Property Page in My Custom Control(you can say user control dll) i have 1 user page containing some control for creating Vertical menu and I need 3 property page to set menus and their properties. In Vb i can call property page but who can i call it in Vb.NET or C#. Please Help me regarding this problem..... Waiting for reply....
