Default How to use audio filters to enhance music in a multimedia project

Hello everyone,
am on a big multimedia project and i wish to include features such as Jazz, Dance,Metal,Pop filters which enhances the music as contained in other media players and i want to know if any body has any idea of how i can make this possible. Is there any special dlls i need to download and utilize in order to make this possible.
I will be very grateful for your help. Thank you...
