Default Windows CE/Smart Devices/VB.Net

I am trying to find a good reference book to explain/show me how to deal with two issues, they are: 1/ How to connect to and use a SQL or Access database on smart devices. 2/ Need same type of information on using Data Grid in same environment. Need information on setting and configure Rows and Columns.
