Default Shortcut Created searches for MSI

I recently edited a project. The desktop shortcut created by the new installation package has a problem.... every time you click it, instead of launching the app it searches for the installation package to configure something. The problem is happening in the users pc's and in the developement pc. PLEASE HELP.
