Default How to get a XQuery.msi ?

I am studying XML and Xquery now. I need to use Microsoft.Xml.XQuery, butI cann't download it from http://xqueryservices.com/setup/xquery.mis or Maybe I am in China? I want you to help me get a XQuery.msi. My email is gcht@163.com and hotmail is gouchengtu@hotmail.com.
