Hi, Your problem description is not clear. Why do you want to use servlets to transfer files between two systems?
Does those files are available on one server and you want to send them on users' request to other system?

Default File Transfer

You can use java.net package if u want to transfer files from one computer to another.
And if you are using servlet only then you'll have 1st upload that file to apache server and then download from server
