Default Personal Sharepoint Testing Environments

I'm setting up some test/dev environment for MOSS and sharepoint services 3.0.

These boxes will be in my home and it will just be me, myself, and I that will be using the machines.

For my MOSS box, I'll be using a P4 2.4 with 1.5 GB of ram
For my SPS box, I'll be using a P4 2.0 with 1 GB of ram

Should I consider making a hardware upgrade or should I be fine?

Tht's good specification.

If i were you I would still put more memory on your server. Enough to get you closer to 2Go of Ram if you start developing intensively custom webparts/ custom layouts, you will like 2Go of Ram. I have 3Go on mine and it's perfect. When you start playing with visual studio, sharepoint and photoshop for your design. You'll get mad with less than 2Go.
