I want to know the details about the Server setup in the office environment...
A. How is the farm setup ?
B. How we as SharePoint developers work?
C. What is Sandboxed environment?
C. How is our local machine on which we work?
D. If we develop a web part in our local machine how it gets deployed to the farm?

Any help will be appreciated...atleast post some links so that i can refer...
